About Anthony Campbell

Tony Campbell holds a Bachelor’s degree in Land Economy from Aberdeen University in Scotland and is a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors. He started his career as a Chartered Surveyor in Edinburgh & went on to spend 12 years in Denver, Colorado where he gained experience in the valuation and appraisal of commercial real estate.

As a director of Smiths Gore BVI Limited, he provides valuation, consulting and leasing services to clients in the British Virgin Islands. He has undertaken assignments in most islands of the Eastern Caribbean, with emphasis on valuations in the resort sector, including resort development land, hotels, marinas, offices, and retail properties.
