When I agreed to buy the home furnished, Mr. Zerbato continuously took items out of the home. When he was questioned, he began screaming at his listing agent and my broker. Obviously, Mr. Zerbato does not have a conscious or respect for other professional people. It is only from me telling my broker that I would not close on the transaction unless the Designer and Builder were paid their money (they were ready to file liens on the property - as they should have if they were not paid!), that they were paid. I applaud Mr. Van Assache for not backing down from this slimeball and not compromising his integrity. Mr. Van Assache earned my business and I would refer him to anyone looking to buy, lease, or sell property in the USVI.
Sanni helped us with our entire purchase while we were remote in Michigan for a rental investment. She gave good advice and found us an amazing undervalued property and was able to negotiate for a better price. Additionally, she assisted in finding great contractors to assist in making renovations after our purchase. We are now earning great cash flow from this investment.
