Club St. Croix is located just one mile from historical Christiansted and is a very succesful property for vacation rentals. Beautifully landscaped and with amenities like tennis courts, barbecue stations, locked long term storage for vehicles and kayaks, a restaurant and most importantly a beautiful white beach, Club St. Croix has it all!
The 80' pool and adjacent restaurant is placed so you can enjoy the views of Caribbean Sea.
There are only six units like this in the complex. 306 has two spacious bedrooms and two bathrooms. The master suite is on the upper level and has high ceilings with lots of light and views of swaying palms. Sliding doors towards the water was replaced

Roof was replaced in 2020 and upgraded to current hurricane standards.
New hurricane protection system was installed in 2018.
Replaced sliding doors and side windows on ocean side balcony.
The Pool and hot tub was recently painted and retiled where needed.
Unit has been painted approximately every two years.
